I was going to buy a $45 tutu for my little princess until I ran into this easy to do, no-sew tutu video on you tube.  Yes, no sewing involved!  This is so easy.  Dare I say, “even a caveman can do it.”  The total damage for this very doable tutu? About an hour and $4!
