California Landscapes

I’ve been away having fun with my Lovies and visiting with family in California. Most of you already know that being with my family in California makes “my cup runneth over”.  Being with them in beautiful places is just icing on a delectable piece of cake.  This year we explored the beautiful coast north of San Francisco.  From the beaches (too cold to swim in) to abandoned dairy farms, this area is just breathtaking and I never tire of its rich scenery.  I was in photography heaven!

    LOVE your California pictures! And so glad you got to be present for new nephew’s entrance into the world. Gayle sent me some of the photos you took of him; beautiful!! What kind of camera do you have?

    Hi Candy, I’ve gotten so many e-mails lately as to what camera I use. I have to write a post about it soon. I shoot only in Manual Mode as opposed to Full Auto which makes a big difference on how images turn out.     Go for it Candy! I’m catching up to that ball! I’ve got a wedding to shoot in NYC next weekend then back to California in Sept for some shoots. I’m really busy but I’ve never been happier with my work.

    what beautiful shots, northern or central coast I’m assuming? Makes me want to get in the car and drive — except for the 3 and 6 year olds who wouldn’t be all that fired up!

    I love these landscapes :) I live in the Bay Area when the twins were born and I adore hwy 1 it is one of my favorite drives in the world . This is amazing
